For over 22 years, we’ve been in our customer’s homes providing renovations
to kitchens, baths & all aspects of residential remodel work. Our quality
work and respect of property has resulted in many repeat customers. With the
economy changing, we are expanding & offering Snowbirds a Home Tending
Service. If you take extended vacations or are gone for up to six months in
the winter, we are offering to watch your property for storm damage,
vandalism, plumbing problems, roof leaks and more. We will inspect and
report to you at your comfort level for your peace of mind.

INTERIOR
INSPECTION

Visually
inspect walls, ceilings, floors and under sinks;

Verify
utilities are functioning;

Run water in
each sink, tub/shower to prevent dry traps;

Flush toilets,
run dishwasher & disposal to avoid dry gaskets;

Visually
inspect sump pump and hot water tank area;
-
Visually
inspect for insect/rodent infestation;
-
Visually
inspect all windows/doors for tight seal & signs of tampering;
-
Check furnace
filter once a month and change as needed.

EXTERIOR
INSPECTION

Visually
inspect exterior walls, roof, doors and windows;

Remove
unsolicited advertisements/newspapers from yard & mailbox;

Clean-up debris
left by storms;

Car(s) started
and idled;

In the event of
a major storm – an additional inspection trip will be made to
check for damage and utilities.

- Since 1988, we have provided
quality design build residential remodel projects. We can
implement renovations while you are away. From kitchens and
baths, windows and doors (weather permitting), basements and
built-ins, or a little painting and cleaning, we are accustomed
to doing projects while our customers are away.

A-LA-CARTE SERVICES
Designed to fit your comfort level for frequency and budget of our
Home Tending Service. A basic plan of one visit per week for
five months would be $550.00 on a typical 2,500 sq.ft. home.
A-la-carte starting at $25.00 per inspection/report designed for
your desired preferences and peace of mind. We are insured and
bonded for this service in your home.
